🚨 IRAN AND HEZBOLLAH LAUNCH MISSILES, ROCKETS, AND DRONES AT OVER 50 TARGETS IN ISRAEL AS IDF ELIMINATES HAMAS OPERATIVES IN GAZA

🚨 IRAN AND HEZBOLLAH ATTACK ISRAEL: Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps says tonight's fire on Israel was a "joint and integrated operation" with Lebanon's Hezbollah terror group. In a statement carried by the Tasnim news agency, the IRGC says it launched several ballistic missiles while Hezbollah launched drones and rockets at more than 50 targets across Israel.

Previously, the IDF said it had no intelligence indicating that the concurrent fire from Iran and Hezbollah in Lebanon was a coordinated effort. The Iranian ballistic missiles fired at central, northern, and southern Israel during the Hezbollah rocket barrage were all intercepted by air defense systems.

Hezbollah fired more than 150 rockets and about 20 drones toward northern Israel in recent hours. Several long-range rockets launched from Lebanon struck open areas, and because they were heading for open terrain, no sirens were activated.

Residents in central Israel reported sounds of explosions during the attack. Sirens later sounded again in central Israel following additional long-range rocket fire from Lebanon and Iran.

🚨 ISRAEL CONSIDERING EXPANDED RESPONSE IN LEBANON: A senior Israeli security official told i24 News: "They have left us no choice — this campaign must expand into Lebanon. There is no one to talk to on the other side. We are considering strikes on Lebanese government infrastructure".

🎯 IDF ELIMINATES HAMAS OPERATIVES IN GAZA: The IDF says it struck and eliminated two Hamas operatives who planned to carry out attacks on troops in the Gaza Strip today. The military says the operatives planned "imminent" attacks and had "posed a real threat to IDF troops operating in the Gaza Strip."

During mop-up operations in the Rafah area, troops of the Golani Brigade located the bodies of two additional Hamas operatives who had been holed up in a tunnel. Soldiers also located a cache of weapons in the area, the army says.

Dozens of Hamas operatives were believed to be trapped underground in the eastern Rafah area on the Israeli side of the ceasefire line. The IDF has reported killing or capturing more than 50 of them in recent months.

The military said earlier that the Golani Brigade is set to be withdrawn from Gaza and deployed to the north amid the fighting with Hezbollah.
