💥 Under Operation “Roaring Lion,” the Israeli Air Force continued large-scale strikes across Iran and Lebanon targeting missile infrastructure, IRGC command systems, and Hezbollah operational networks. More than 400 targets across Iran were struck, including ballistic-missile launchers, UAV storage facilities, and military infrastructure. Near Shahroud, an Israeli aircraft destroyed a truck transporting an Iranian air-defense system before it could be deployed. Overnight, more than 80 fighter jets carried out additional strikes in Tehran and central Iran against missile launch sites and infrastructure used to direct attacks toward Israel.
Among the key targets were major IRGC facilities, including Imam Hossein University — the IRGC’s primary military training institution — which had been used as an operational assembly compound and emergency military asset. Strikes also targeted missile-unit storage complexes with bunkers and launch infrastructure, along with underground facilities used to store ballistic missiles where Iranian regime personnel were operating.
In Tehran, the Israeli Air Force dismantled the situation room of the IRGC Air Force responsible for aerial situational awareness and coordination of Iranian air defenses. Additional strikes destroyed nearby air-defense systems, command centers, logistical depots, ballistic-missile production infrastructure, and Quds Force weapons depots. At Mehrabad Airport, Israeli strikes dismantled sixteen Quds Force aircraft used to finance and transfer weapons — including shipments to Hezbollah — and struck several Iranian fighter jets assessed as threats to Israeli aircraft.
In Lebanon, the IDF struck an IRGC command center used by Hezbollah and multiple command facilities in Beirut’s Dahiyeh district, including headquarters connected to the IRGC Air Force, Hezbollah’s naval unit, its financial network, and its operational council. Additional strikes targeted Hezbollah infrastructure across southern Lebanon and the Beqaa Valley, including rocket launchers, weapons storage sites, and military compounds.
In the Majdal Sel area of southern Lebanon, commanders of Hezbollah’s Radwan Force and two Radwan command centers were struck after planning attacks against Israeli forces and civilians. Since the start of Operation “Roaring Lion,” the IDF reports that more than 500 Hezbollah targets have been struck across Lebanon.
Over the weekend, IDF strikes hit more than 300 Iranian regime targets inside Iran and more than 170 Hezbollah targets in Lebanon. Targets in Iran included above- and below-ground missile storage facilities, a special-unit headquarters in Alborz Province, and bases belonging to the Basij and internal security forces. Dozens of ballistic-missile launchers were dismantled and numerous Iranian regime personnel were eliminated.
Additional developments included the interception of an Iranian UAV before it entered Israeli territory, bringing the total number of Iranian UAVs intercepted since the start of the operation to more than 110. IDF special forces also conducted an overnight search operation in Lebanon related to missing Israeli navigator Ron Arad; no findings were discovered and no forces were injured.
Chief of the General Staff LTG Eyal Zamir conducted a situational assessment at Northern Command and instructed continued reinforcement of defenses along the Lebanon border. He emphasized strengthening Israel’s forward defensive line while preparing for the possibility of a prolonged campaign against Hezbollah and the broader Iranian axis. Two IDF soldiers were moderately wounded by anti-tank fire during defensive activity in southern Lebanon and were evacuated for medical treatment.
