💥 Launcher embedded in civilian structure destroyed: IDF soldiers identified a Hezbollah launcher positioned inside a civilian building in southern Lebanon, near forces operating south of the Forward Defense Line.
The launcher was aimed at Israeli territory and nearby troops, and was struck and dismantled to remove the immediate threat.
The military says Hezbollah continues placing terrorist infrastructure within and near civilian areas to advance attacks against Israel and IDF forces.
❗️ Explosive UAVs launched at IDF troops: Hezbollah launched several explosive UAVs in two separate incidents targeting IDF forces in southern Lebanon.
The drones detonated near the troops, but no injuries were reported.
💥 Overnight strikes on Hezbollah infrastructure: The IDF struck approximately 20 Hezbollah command centers and military structures across southern Lebanon.
Targets included weapon depots and buildings used for military purposes in Baraashit and Shaqra, according to the IDF.
⚠️ IDF Chief of Staff: “There is no ceasefire”: IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir said operations in southern Lebanon are continuing against Hezbollah threats.
He said the IDF “will not tolerate” attacks and will not leave the current security line until long-term security for northern communities is ensured.
Zamir said any threat to Israeli communities or IDF forces, including beyond the Yellow Line and north of the Litani River, will be removed.
He added that troops are not currently advancing beyond the line, but retain freedom of action to destroy infrastructure and eliminate terrorists.
