🛩️ AIR DEFENSES INTERCEPT OVER 90% OF UAVS: Since the start of Operation Roaring Lion, the Israeli Air Force has intercepted more than 90 percent of UAVs launched by Hezbollah and the Iranian regime toward Israel. ❗️ HOUTHI ATTACKS FROM YEMEN TARGET SOUTHERN ISRAEL: The Iran-backed Houthis claimed responsibility for launching a drone toward Eilat this evening and said they also fired cruise missiles and drones at what they described as vital and military targets in southern Israel. The IDF said one drone was intercepted over Eilat this evening, and earlier today a cruise missile from Yemen was intercepted before reaching Israel’s borders.
🎯 RADWAN FORCE OPERATIVE ELIMINATED AFTER OPERATING UNDER JOURNALIST COVER: The IDF eliminated Ali Hassan Shaib, a Hezbollah Radwan Force intelligence operative who operated under the guise of a journalist for the “Al-Manar” network. According to the IDF, he systematically exposed the locations of IDF troops operating in southern Lebanon and along the border, remained in contact with other Hezbollah operatives, and continued these activities during Operation Roaring Lion.
❌ SENIOR HEZBOLLAH COMMUNICATIONS OPERATIVES ELIMINATED: The IDF eliminated Ayyoub Hussein Yaacoub, a senior Hezbollah Communications Unit operative who previously served in the organization’s rocket unit and played a central role in fire management and launches toward Israel during Operation Northern Arrows. Yasser Mohammad Mubarak, another senior operative in Hezbollah’s Communications Unit who also held a position in the rocket unit, was also eliminated.
💥 DOZENS OF HEZBOLLAH INFRASTRUCTURE SITES STRUCK IN SOUTHERN LEBANON: Overnight, the IDF carried out strikes from the air and sea on dozens of Hezbollah targets across multiple areas in southern Lebanon in support of ground troops. The targets included weapons storage facilities, launchers, military structures, and additional terrorist infrastructure.
⚠️ ZAMIR: OPERATIONS ARE PART OF A STRUCTURED PLAN FROM TEHRAN TO BEIRUT: IDF Chief of Staff LTG Eyal Zamir said the military is operating under a structured plan intended to fundamentally change the security reality across the northern arena, from Tehran to Beirut. He said additional significant phases are already planned, and that the IDF struck crossings and bridges north of the Litani River used by Hezbollah’s Radwan forces to move fighters and transfer weapons southward.
Zamir said the IDF will increase the pace of strikes against Iran in the coming week. He stated that missile production capabilities, infrastructure linked to the nuclear program, and regime targets have already been significantly damaged, and said the IDF will continue operating in southern Lebanon for as long as necessary to eliminate threats to northern communities.
