šŸ’„ IDF DISMANTLES HEZBOLLAH TUNNEL NETWORK IN SOUTHERN LEBANON, TARGETING IRAN-BACKED INFRASTRUCTURE NEAR ISRAEL’S NORTH

šŸ’„ IDF DISMANTLES HEZBOLLAH TUNNELS IN QANTARA AREA: IDF soldiers completed an operation to locate and dismantle underground tunnels belonging to the Hezbollah terrorist organization in the Qantara area of southern Lebanon.

The operation followed precise intelligence and targeted infrastructure built in recent years.

The soldiers located two underground tunnels with a combined length of approximately 2 kilometers, situated about 10 kilometers from Israel’s northern communities.

The tunnels are part of a broader Hezbollah underground infrastructure network exposed during Operation Northern Arrows, which was significantly dismantled in the Maroun el-Ras and Mays al-Jabal areas.

The tunnels were built with assistance and direct guidance from the Iranian terror regime over the course of about a decade.

They were constructed at depths of dozens of meters underground as part of Hezbollah’s plan to ā€œconquer the Galilee,ā€ which involved planned attacks against Israeli civilians and soldiers.

Inside the tunnels, soldiers located weapons, living quarters, water tanks, and equipment for prolonged stays.

More than 30 rooms used for lodging and operational planning were identified, along with approximately 30 operational shafts, including shafts connected to positions with launchers directed toward Israeli territory.

One of the tunnels was recently used by Hezbollah’s ā€˜Radwan Force’ Unit to advance terrorist attack plans against Israel and its civilians.

The IDF said the tunnel therefore posed a threat to Israeli civilians and IDF soldiers.

šŸ’„ TUNNELS DESTROYED USING LARGE-SCALE EXPLOSIVES: IDF forces dismantled the tunnels using over 450 tons of explosives.

The tunnels were rendered unusable following the operation.

The IDF published footage showing the underground tunnels and their dismantling.

šŸ‡®šŸ‡± NETANYAHU DETAILS EXPANDED OPERATIONS IN LEBANO: Prime Minister Netanyahu confirmed: "Today, we blew up a massive Hezbollah terror tunnel. We are destroying their terror infrastructure. We are killing dozens upon dozens of their terrorists, and we are not finished yet."

He said Israeli operations are ongoing in the security buffer zone, south of the Litani River, north of the Litani, and in the Bekaa Valley in northern Lebanon.

Netanyahu said he gave instructions several weeks ago for a special project to eliminate the drone threat.

"It will take time, but we will blow that up too," he said.

ā€¼ļø LEBANON INTERNAL CRISIS INTENSIFIES: Channel 14 Israel reported that Lebanon is reaching a dead end as internal tensionsĀ

escalate under Hezbollah’s control.

Senior Arab Affairs Analyst Omri Haim said: "Nabih Berri is working to paralyze [Lebanon's] operations in an attempt to subordinate his own country to the interests of the Iranian terrorist organization."

Channel 14 described a growing leadership crisis, with mounting tensions leading to what appears to be a public internal breakdown.

According to the report, Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri, identified as Hezbollah’s proxy within Lebanon’s leadership, is working to paralyze state operations in favor of Hezbollah’s interests.
