⚠️ HEZBOLLAH DRONE INTERCEPTED NEAR SOUTHERN LEBANON: A hostile aircraft launched by Hezbollah toward IDF soldiers operating south of the Forward Defense Line in southern Lebanon was intercepted by the Israeli Air Force before crossing into Israeli territory. No sirens were sounded in accordance with protocol.
Hezbollah claimed responsibility for the attack, saying it targeted an Israeli artillery site in the Ras al-Bayada headland south of Tyre in response to what it described as Israeli ceasefire violations. The incident constitutes a violation of the ceasefire agreement.
💥 PRE-CEASEFIRE IDF OPERATIONS IN DIBBIN: Before the ceasefire took effect, IDF troops under the 91st Division, operating with Israeli Air Force support, completed an operation in the Dibbin area about 12 kilometers inside Lebanese territory.
During the operation, troops engaged a Hezbollah compound where terrorist activity had been identified and where intelligence indicated attempts to carry out attacks against IDF soldiers and Israeli civilians. Within hours, more than 70 targets were struck and over 20 terrorists were eliminated in close-quarters combat and from the air.
⚠️ ISRAELI CIVILIANS CROSSED INTO SYRIA: Approximately 40 Israeli civilians gathered near the Israel-Syria border and, after several minutes, crossed the border and continued several hundred meters into Syrian territory.
IDF soldiers at the scene returned the civilians to Israeli territory and apprehended them there. The individuals were transferred to the Israel Police. The IDF strongly condemned the incident and said it constitutes a serious criminal offense that endangers civilians and IDF troops.
