❗️ U.S. THREATENS IRAN STRIKES AS ISRAEL PREPARES FOR RETALIATION

⚠️ TRUMP RESPONDS TO IRANIAN ATTACK ON JORDAN: President Trump said Wednesday that the United States would strike Iran “very hard” following the overnight Iranian attack on Jordan.
“Yesterday's Iranian attack was a surprise, and our forces only had a few minutes to intercept the Iranian missiles”.
“We will hit Iran hard tonight.”
“The Iranians know that we are going to attack them today. It's our turn. We will hit them hard. They asked us not to do this.”
Trump said Iran fired five rockets at U.S. forces overnight and that all were intercepted.
“They know it's coming. They are asking us not to do it,” Trump said.
“We had five rockets shot going 8,500 mph, and all five rockets were knocked down to the ground — but they nevertheless took a shot, so it's our turn.”
Trump also said he had been briefed on a reported drone attack against tankers off Egypt.
Israel RealTime assessment: A reciprocal U.S. response to an Iranian attack is understandable. However, it raises questions about President Trump’s previous insistence that Israel refrain from responding to similar Iranian attacks during a ceasefire. Washington should apply the same principle and support an Israeli response if such an attack occurs again. Iran should take note of the apparent shift in U.S. policy.
✈️ U.S. MILITARY PREPARATIONS AND ISRAELI ALERT: A group of U.S. Air Force aerial refueling aircraft departed Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia. Additional tankers were operating over the Gulf of Oman, while others departed from Tel Aviv.
A senior Israeli official told reporters: “If Iran attacks us, we will retaliate, and the Iranians are aware of that”.
Israeli officials assess there is a high probability that Iran will retaliate against Israel if the United States launches strikes on Iran tonight using Israeli territory, according to Israeli media.
The senior official also said: “Iran currently possesses approximately 1,500 ballistic missiles”.
“The Iranians have moved centrifuges to Pickaxe, but Israel is not aware of any uranium enrichment taking place there”.
i24NEWS reported: “U.S. military preparations suggest planning for a large-scale operation against Iran rather than a limited, one-off response”.
