⚠️ U.S. OPENS BROAD ECONOMIC CAMPAIGN AGAINST IRAN: Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent announced “Operation Economic Outcast,” a campaign intended to sever Iran’s international financial connections and revenue streams supporting the regime and IRGC. He said countries and entities facilitating Iranian trade, oil transactions or money laundering could face U.S. sanctions and exclusion from the dollar system, including actors connected to China.
Bessent said President Trump is personally pressing world leaders to reduce dealings with Tehran and framed the campaign as a choice between maintaining ties with Iran and retaining access to the United States. Trump separately wrote that “Iran is completely collapsing!!!” Pakistani Army Chief Asim Munir has meanwhile arrived in Tehran for talks with Iranian officials, while the new U.S. pressure campaign is being received very positively in Israel.

🎯 IDF AND SHIN BET STRIKE HAMAS WEAPONS DEPOTS INSIDE GAZA MOSQUES: The IDF and Israel Security Agency said strikes in the Shati and Deir al-Balah areas destroyed two Hamas weapons-storage facilities established inside mosques. According to the military, the sites contained dozens of Kalashnikov rifles, magazines and other military equipment concealed there by Hamas.
Earlier reporting placed the Gaza City strike in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood. Palestinian media reported that an evacuation warning preceded the strike, while Hamas media said a mosque and water desalination plant were targeted. Gazan media also published footage of the separate Deir al-Balah strike. The IDF said civilians were warned in advance and that precise munitions and aerial surveillance were used, describing the sites as another example of Hamas exploiting civilian infrastructure for military purposes.
