🌐 U.S.-IRAN WAR DRIVES MILITARY ACTION, THREATS AND ISRAELI PREPAREDNESS

✈️ The United States has expanded its military posture and operations against Iran. Special forces, medics, weaponry and additional aircraft have been deployed to the Middle East, while fighter squadrons are positioned across the region and bombers in the U.S. and U.K. remain on heightened readiness.
A B-1 bomber struck Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps sites on Tuesday, marking the aircraft’s first reported mission since fighting resumed 12 days earlier. IRGC bases were also reportedly targeted by B-52 bombers. Washington had informed Israel that it intended to intensify its strikes and use bombers during the current campaign.
New Mossad Director Roman Gofman visited Washington two weeks ago for talks on the Iran war and nuclear program, meeting CIA Director John Ratcliffe and White House officials.
📢 Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Iran’s military and industrial losses will continue mounting until Tehran changes course. Rubio said launchers and radars were being destroyed nightly and claimed Iran’s industrial and defense industrial bases had been “decimated,” causing billions of dollars in damage.
Although Tehran is seeking negotiations through several third countries, Rubio said Iran does not yet appear prepared to honor an agreement. Asked whether civilian infrastructure could be targeted, he did not directly answer and stated: “The President’s policy is a head for an eye.”
⚠️ Iran has issued broad threats against regional energy infrastructure, shipping routes and foreign military bases. Parliament Speaker Mohammad Ghalibaf said that if Iran cannot export oil, no country in the region will do so, and warned that infrastructure and the Strait of Hormuz would not return to their pre-war status.
The Iranian Embassy in Spain told the United States to “Prepare as many coffins as possible,” while IRGC Aerospace Force Commander Majid Mousavi threatened electricity infrastructure in U.S.-allied regional states if Iranian bridges or power plants are attacked.
The IRGC also warned that any base used for attacks against Iran would be considered a legitimate target, specifically threatening Britain over reported B-1 operations from RAF Fairford.
An Iranian missile was reported to have struck a U.S. base in Jordan near Aqaba, causing a large secondary explosion. Britain has begun evacuating citizens and withdrawn its embassy staff from Iran, while France has reportedly removed personnel from its Tehran embassy.
🛡️ Israel is preparing for possible direct Iranian retaliation as coordination with Washington intensifies. Israeli assessments include potential missile attacks and strikes against critical infrastructure that could draw Israel more directly into the campaign.
Several municipalities have opened public shelters, although Home Front Command instructions remain unchanged. Ramat Gan’s mayor said all city shelters were being opened because “the risk of missile attacks from Iran over the weekend has increased.”
🤝 Pakistan and Qatar are working to restore negotiations between Washington and Tehran. Gulf officials told Channel 13 that the situation could produce either a ceasefire agreement or further fighting by Friday evening.
President Trump said Iran wants an agreement but is not yet ready to conclude one, adding that he believes it will be ready soon.
