A White House official said Iran requested that the memorandum remain unpublished until a final version is completed. President Trump stated that a final agreement could be signed within 48 hours. A joint monitoring mechanism will oversee implementation, while the eventual accord is expected to be formalized through a binding UN Security Council resolution.
