⚠️ TRUMP HOLDS CALL WITH NETANYAHU AFTER CABINET SESSION; IRAN CLAIMS AIRSPACE INTERCEPTIONS
🇺🇸🇮🇱 President Trump held a call with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, according to Axios citing an informed source.
The conversation took place after an Israeli cabinet meeting that lasted about two and a half hours.
🎯 During the cabinet discussion, Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir reportedly delivered an update regarding the elimination of Odeh.
Immediately after the elimination of Az al-Din al-Haddad ten days ago, the Chief of Staff instructed the military to pursue his successor.
🃏 One year into the war, four names reportedly remain from the deck of Hamas targets distributed to soldiers at the start of the conflict: Faez Baroud, Imad Aqel, Yousef Abu al-Rish, and Ali Al-Amoudi.
🗣️ The IRGC stated that the “US terrorist army” continued its “interventionist adventures” and “aggressive behavior” by allegedly entering Iranian airspace in the Persian Gulf region.
According to the statement, IRGC defense units identified and shot down an MQ-9 drone after what it described as “careful intelligence monitoring.” Iran claimed the UAV was intercepted at dawn using a new IRGC air defense system.
The IRGC also claimed it tracked and engaged an RQ-4 drone and an “invading F-35 fighter jet” that allegedly attempted to violate Iranian airspace. According to the statement, missile fire forced the aircraft to withdraw before completing its mission.
🎦 The IRGC Aerospace Force released footage it said documented two separate air defense incidents over the Persian Gulf and southern Iranian airspace.
The IRGC warned against any ceasefire violation by the U.S. military, stating that any Iranian response would be considered “legitimate and certain.”
🔸 A senior Iranian delegation arrived in Doha today to discuss Iran’s frozen assets in Qatar.
The delegation reportedly included Parliament Speaker Ghalibaf, Foreign Minister Araghchi, and the governor of Iran’s Central Bank, amid continued efforts to reach an agreement between Washington and Tehran.
Iranian estimates reportedly place Tehran’s frozen assets in Qatar at around $12 billion.
The visit also follows reports claiming Qatar offered $12 billion to help advance a permanent settlement between the sides, though Doha strongly denied the reports.
📢 Sirens warning of a hostile aircraft infiltration sounded at 21:28 in the area of Bar’am in northern Israel.
