🛡️ REGIONAL AIR DEFENSES RESPOND TO IRANIAN ATTACKS: Jordanian air defenses intercepted and destroyed five drones originating from Iran overnight and early Tuesday, an official military source told Jordan’s Petra news agency. An explosion was also reported in Zarqa.
Kuwait Army Headquarters stated: "Kuwaiti air defenses confronted hostile missile and drone attacks, following the sinful Iranian aggression."
Iranian media reported missiles launched toward Bahrain. Explosions were also reported at the headquarters of the U.S. Fifth Fleet in Bahrain.
The IRGC claimed that it destroyed Amazon data infrastructure in Bahrain with cruise missiles.
It separately claimed that it struck a U.S. military compound in Jordan’s al-Rukban area and that multiple U.S. soldiers were killed.
Nearly 100 U.S. service members have been injured in Iranian attacks on multiple Middle Eastern bases this month, according to CBS News. Some suffered traumatic brain injuries, but 96% have already returned to duty.
⚓ VESSELS STRUCK NEAR THE UAE AND OMAN: A vessel was struck by an unknown projectile 17 nautical miles east of Dibba, United Arab Emirates, according to UKMTO Warning 093-26.
The incident occurred on July 19 at 22:30 UTC and damaged the vessel’s steering gear. All crew members were reported safe, with no environmental impact. Authorities are investigating.
UKMTO also received multiple reports that a tanker was struck by an unidentified projectile while transiting the Strait of Hormuz, approximately eight nautical miles northeast of Limah, Oman. The vessel reported the incident over VHF Channel 16, and authorities are investigating.
The IRGC stated: "Two violating oil tankers, which were deceived by the U.S. military and intended to pass through a dangerous route in the southern Strait of Hormuz, caught fire and stopped due to an explosion. Rescue units are currently evacuating the crews of these vessels from the area.
The IRGC Navy once again warns shipping companies to take care of the safety of their crews and vessels, not to trust false information from the U.S. military, and to avoid contaminated and dangerous routes."
