🎯 OCT. 7 TERRORISTS ELIMINATED IN GAZA: Over the weekend, the IDF struck in Deir al-Balah and eliminated Mahmoud Fatair, a Nukhba commander in Islamic Jihad’s Central Gaza Brigade. Fatair infiltrated Israel on October 7 and took part in holding Rom Braslavski hostage in Islamic Jihad captivity.
During the sixth phase of the November 2023 hostage-release agreement, Fatair was documented wearing an Islamic Jihad uniform while participating in the handover of Amit Shani, Ofir Engel, Moran Stela Yanai, Itay Regev, Liam Or-Nassar, Raz Ben Ami, Rantin Phaiboon, Gong Sae Lao, Seekena Jakkapan and Saegkaew Charoemchai.
The IDF said Fatair recently attempted to advance terrorist attacks against IDF troops and Israeli civilians and was eliminated to remove the threat.
On Sunday, the IDF, directed by the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet), struck in Deir al-Balah and eliminated Abdallah Adnan Taha Abu al-Tayf, a Nukhba commander in Hamas’ military wing. Abu al-Tayf infiltrated Israel during the October 7 Massacre and actively participated in combat against IDF troops throughout the war.
In an additional Shin Bet-directed strike Sunday in the Shati area, the IDF eliminated Jalal Tsubeih, a commander in Hamas’ Daraj Tuffah Battalion. The IDF said the terrorists had recently attempted to advance attacks against IDF troops and Israeli civilians and were eliminated to remove the threat. Footage of the elimination was released.
🕯️ OCT. 7 SURVIVOR FOUND DEAD AT GIRLFRIEND’S GRAVE: Bar Asraf, 30, a survivor of the October 7 Hamas attack, was found dead Saturday at the grave of his girlfriend, Liron Barda, in Elkana. Israeli reports said he had taken his own life nearly three years after Barda was murdered at the Nova music festival.
Barda, 26, was working as a bartender when Hamas attacked. She reportedly refused to flee and remained behind to treat wounded festivalgoers until her final moments. Asraf remained close to her family and continued honoring her memory after the massacre.
His death follows the October 2025 suicide of Nova survivor Roei Shalev, who witnessed his girlfriend’s murder during the attack, underscoring the continuing psychological toll of October 7 on survivors.
May his family be comforted among the mourners of Zion. And may HaShem avenge his blood.
❌ DEMOLITION ORDER FOR TELL SHOOTING TERRORIST’S HOME: The commander of IDF Central Command signed a confiscation and demolition order for the home in which terrorist Farouk Ramadan lived in the village of Tell. The order was delivered Saturday.
Ramadan carried out the July 24, 2026 shooting attack in which Master Sergeant (res.) Benayahu Melet and Major Yuval Ezra fell. He was eliminated immediately afterward by IDF forces at the scene.
