‼️ ISRAEL STRIKES IRANIAN MISSILE TARGETS AS MISSILE ALERTS HIT CENTRAL ISRAEL
⚠️ Ambassador Yechiel (Michael) Leiter said Iran fired 11 ballistic missiles at Israel today, warning that each missile could “level an entire neighborhood and kill hundreds.”
“No self-respecting country in the world would tolerate such an attack, and neither will Israel.”
Leiter said Iscrael is targeting Iranian surface-to-surface missile launch sites, along with infrastructure facilities unrelated to the energy sector.
He also warned that if Hizballah fires at Israel, its command centers in the Dahiya will be hit hard.
“The people of Lebanon have rejected Iran’s proxy, Hizballah, and have told Iran to get out of their country.”
“This has nothing to do with Iran. Everyone has had enough of this maniacal Iranian regime.”
💥 IDF Spokesperson: A short while ago, the Israeli Air Force struck military targets belonging to the Iranian terror regime in western and central Iran.
The IDF said Chief of Staff LTG Eyal Zamir and senior commanders are commanding the operation from the Israeli Air Force command center.
The military stated it remains at full readiness, both offensively and defensively, and is prepared to continue operations across all arenas against threats to the State of Israel.
🚨 The IDF identified the launch of a missile from Yemen toward Israeli territory. Aerial defense systems operated to intercept the threat.
Missile alerts were activated across large parts of central Israel, including the Dan region, Shfela, Judean foothills, Modi’in area, and communities along the Jerusalem corridor.
Sirens sounded in and around Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Holon, Bat Yam, Rishon LeZion, Rehovot, Lod, Ramla, Or Yehuda, Bnei Brak, Givatayim, Kiryat Ono, Yehud-Monoson, Be’er Yaacov, Ness Ziona, Modi’in-Maccabim-Re’ut, Beit Shemesh, and surrounding communities.
Additional alerts were activated near Tzur Hadassa, Shoresh, Srigim-Li On, and Sdot Micha.
Residents were instructed to remain near protected spaces and follow Home Front Command directives.
🗣️ Regional diplomatic contacts intensify: Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi held separate calls with the foreign ministers of Egypt and Qatar regarding alleged ceasefire violations on the Lebanon front and broader regional developments, according to Iranian state-linked reports.
Yemen’s Foreign Ministry in Sana’a said Iran’s response reinforced what it described as the “equation of unified fronts” and said regional factions remain in continuous coordination.
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio is conducting extensive diplomatic contacts amid concerns over Lebanese-Israeli negotiations, including discussions with Gulf states aimed at preventing further escalation in Lebanon, according to Al Jadeed’s Washington correspondent.
A call is also expected tomorrow between the US State Department and the Lebanese Presidency.
✈️ Iran suspends flights at Tehran international airport: IRNA reported that Iran has suspended all flights at Imam Khomeini International Airport until further notice, according to Reuters.
The Israel Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories announced a series of security measures following Iran’s missile attack on Israel, including the closure of crossings into the Gaza Strip such as Kerem Shalom and Rafah until further notice, according to a Yedioth Ahronoth correspondent. "The closure of the crossings is not expected to affect the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip"
