One soldier was severely wounded, an officer was moderately wounded, and an additional officer and soldier sustained light injuries. ✈️ The Israeli Air Force intercepted several rockets and multiple suspicious aerial targets launched toward IDF forces operating in southern Lebanon. In separate incidents, sirens warning of hostile aircraft infiltration were activated in several northern Israeli communities after a suspicious aerial target was identified. The incidents concluded without injuries.
🎯 In the Gaza Strip, IDF troops identified armed terrorists approaching Israeli forces in both southern and central Gaza in incidents assessed as immediate threats. The Israeli Air Force, guided by ground forces, carried out strikes that eliminated the operatives.
🛰️ The IDF also announced the elimination of Bahaa Baroud, a commander in Hamas’ Operations Headquarters. According to the military, Baroud was involved throughout the war in planning and advancing attacks against IDF troops and Israeli civilians, including during recent weeks.
