🏭 ISRAEL EXPANDS DEFENSE INDUSTRY, EXTENDS IDF SERVICE AND ELIMINATES HAMAS COMMANDER
🏭 DEFENSE MINISTRY PUSHES EXPANSION OF ISRAELI ARMS EXPORTS: Defense Ministry Director-General Maj. Gen. (res.) Amir Baram visited UVision, a rapidly growing Israeli defense company specializing in loitering munitions.
Baram toured the production line and discussed planned joint projects with CEO Dr. Ran Gozali. He said the ministry is implementing a major shift in defense-export policy to bring more systems into the IDF, generate additional defense-budget revenue, strengthen Israel’s economy and defense industries, and expand production capacity during routine operations and emergencies.
“Our role is to assist and advance the defense industries,” Baram said.
⚖️ TERRORIST INDICTED FOR ROLE IN 2007 MURDER OF IDO ZOLDAN: The Military Prosecution filed a murder-equivalent charge against Shadi Juma’a for his role in the November 2007 shooting attack that killed Ido Zoldan.
According to the indictment, Juma’a and two accomplices planned to attack Jewish motorists, prepared a vehicle and equipment, and waited along a major road after agreeing to verify that their intended victim was Jewish. After identifying Zoldan’s vehicle, one accomplice opened fire at close range, killing him, before the three fled.
Juma’a was recently released from Palestinian Authority detention and arrested in central Qalqilya on May 26, 2026, during a joint IDF, Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) and Gideonim Unit 33 operation.
The Military Prosecution said it remains in continuous contact with the Zoldan family and is assisting them throughout the legal proceedings.

🎯 HAMAS PLATOON COMMANDER ELIMINATED IN NORTHERN GAZA: The IDF eliminated Nihad Riyad Abd al-Rahim Arouq, a platoon commander in Hamas’ Shati Battalion who infiltrated Israeli territory during the October 7 massacre.
The IDF said Arouq trained terrorists throughout the war, including in recent months, and attempted to advance attacks against IDF troops and Israeli civilians. He posed a threat to forces operating in Gaza and was eliminated in a precise aerial strike.
