⚠️ IRAN SIGNALS EXPANDED MISSILE CAMPAIGN, DOUBLING HEAVY MISSILE USE AND BROADENING TARGET BANK TO INCLUDE U.S. AND ISRAELI REGIONAL ASSETS
‼️ IRAN SIGNALS EXPANDED MISSILE OPERATIONS AND BROADER TARGET BANK: An informed source told Fars News Agency: "The IRGC will intensify offensive operations starting tonight, including a 100% increase in the use of heavy and strategic missiles, effectively doubling their deployment".
An Iranian official told Fars News Agency: "Following last night's attacks by the US and the Zionist regime on parts of Iran's infrastructure, Iran will no longer limit its response to military targets and facilities. Iran's target bank has been fundamentally updated to include key assets and vital interests of the U.S. and the Zionist regime throughout the region".
The Iranian General Staff (Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters) warned: "If the attack on Iranian infrastructure does not stop, similar measures will be taken".
It also said: "If the enemy can withstand an oil price exceeding $200 per barrel, let them continue with this game".
🗣️ U.S. AND ISRAEL MILITARY DEVELOPMENTS: The White House said the U.S. Navy will accompany oil tankers through the Strait of Hormuz to ensure the continued flow of energy resources.
A Trump administration official told CNN: "We will continue to strike many targets in Iran over the next 3 weeks".
President Trump said the U.S. may attack Iranian nuclear sites and indicated that special forces operations to seize uranium remain possible, stating: "Everything is on the table".
Mohammad Ghalibaf, Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, responded: "We saw in Iraq that when the Americans carried out helicopter-borne operations, they were captured. If the enemy ever sets foot on Iranian soil, they themselves know what the people of Iran will do to them".
Supposed tensions were also reported between the U.S. and Israel over Israeli strikes on Iranian oil infrastructure. According to Israeli Channel 12, a senior U.S. security official said: "The Israelis informed us in advance about the attacks on the oil facilities, but did not say they would be so extensive. We do not think it was a good idea".
⚠️ CENTCOM WAR WARNING TO IRANIAN CIVILIANS: CENTCOM said Iranian forces are using crowded civilian areas in cities including Dezful, Esfahan, and Shiraz to launch attack drones and ballistic missiles.
It stated that sites used for military purposes become legitimate military targets under international law.
U.S. forces urged civilians in Iran to stay at home and said they take every feasible precaution to minimize civilian harm, but cannot guarantee safety in or near facilities used by Iran for military purposes.
🇺🇸 REGIONAL SECURITY DEVELOPMENTS
CENTCOM announced that a U.S. soldier wounded in an Iranian attack in Saudi Arabia last Sunday has died of his injuries.
This brings the number of U.S. soldiers killed since the start of the war to seven.
In Saudi Arabia, at least two people were killed and 12 were injured after a ballistic missile struck a residential site in Al-Kharj Province.
The fatalities were foreign workers from India and Bangladesh, while the injured are reportedly from Bangladesh.
Ukrainian President Zelensky said Ukraine will send experts to help protect civilians in the Middle East and assist American soldiers deployed there.
