ā ļø Iranās official media announced that Tehran has rejected the U.S. proposal, describing it as āsurrendering to Trumpās excessive demands.ā According to Tasnim News, Iranās response demanded an immediate end to the war on all fronts, guarantees against future attacks on Iran, the lifting of all sanctions including restrictions on oil exports, an end to the U.S. naval blockade, the release of frozen Iranian assets, and Iranās right to āmanageā the Strait of Hormuz.
āļø President Trump rejected Iranās response publicly. He stated: āI have just read the response from Iranās so-called āRepresentatives.ā I donāt like it ā TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!ā
ā ļø An Iranian source told Tasnim News Agency: āWe just saw the reaction of the so-called president of the US to Iran's response. It has no importance; No one in Iran writes proposals to please Trump. The negotiating team should draft proposals only for the rights of the Iranian people, and when Trump is dissatisfied with them, naturally that is better".
