⚓ IRAN ATTACKS U.S. BASE AND TANKERS AS TEHRAN THREATENS REGIONAL RETALIATION
⚓ IRANIAN MISSILES STRIKE EMIRATI TANKERS: The Emirati Defense Ministry said two Emirati tankers were targeted by Iranian missiles in the southern corridor of the Strait of Hormuz, within Omani waters.
One crew member aboard an Emirati oil tanker was killed. Eight others were injured, including four seriously.
The ministry said: “We reserve the full right to respond to this escalation and to take all necessary measures to protect our territory. We are fully prepared to deal with any threats, and we are taking all necessary measures to counter anything that targets the security of the state”.
An Indian official told Reuters: “The Iranian deputy ambassador in New Delhi has been summoned following the death of an Indian sailor in the Strait of Hormuz”.
The UK Maritime Trade Operations agency separately reported that a tanker was struck by a missile while sailing along the southern route of the Strait of Hormuz near Oman.
💥 IRGC CLAIMS ATTACK ON U.S. BASE IN BAHRAIN: The IRGC said its naval forces targeted weapons depots, a satellite communications center, and a building housing American soldiers at Al-Jufair Base in Bahrain.
The IRGC claimed the targets were destroyed with missiles and drones.
It also announced that three IRGC members were killed in a U.S. airstrike on Abadan in Iran’s Khuzestan Province.
⚠️ IRAN THREATENS U.S. FORCES AND REGIONAL PARTNERS: A senior official in Tehran told CNN that Iran would respond forcefully if Trump follows through on his threat to attack Pickaxe Mountain.
The official said the price would be paid by American soldiers and U.S. partners throughout the region.
Iranian media also published recently a list of American and Israeli officials allegedly targeted for assassination, placing U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham first.
✈️ NETANYAHU EXPECTED TO VISIT UNITED STATES: According to Israeli media, Netanyahu is expected to travel to the United States next week to attend the funeral of Senator Lindsey Graham.
Reports indicate that he may meet President Trump on the sidelines of the visit.
🛰️ REPORT: ISRAEL CULTIVATED AHMADINEJAD AS POTENTIAL INTELLIGENCE ASSET: Israel spent years attempting to cultivate former Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad as a possible intelligence asset and potential leader in a post-regime Iran, according to The New York Times.
Israeli intelligence officers reportedly met Ahmadinejad abroad, including in Hungary, using academic events as cover for covert meetings.
During the 2026 Israel-Iran war, Mossad operatives reportedly extracted Ahmadinejad from Tehran after an Israeli airstrike on his compound and moved him to a safe house inside Iran as part of a wider regime-change operation.
The effort failed after Ahmadinejad left the safe house under unclear circumstances. Iranian officials claim he is now under house arrest after authorities uncovered his contacts with Israel.
🛰️ NETANYAHU HELD WEEKLY MEETINGS ON TOPPLING IRANIAN GOVERNMENT: Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reportedly held meetings every Friday at 10:00 a.m. over several years to discuss plans for toppling the Iranian government.
Former National Security Council chief Tzachi Hanegbi eventually stopped attending. Asked why, he replied, “the plans seem closer to science fiction to me.”
