⚠️ IDF READINESS AND RESPONSE WARNING: IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir says the military is "prepared to respond with force" if Iran targets Israel amid the escalation in the Gulf.
"Our forces are deployed across all sectors, fighting and prepared in immediate readiness for any scenario — from near and from far," Zamir says at a handover ceremony for the chief of the Israeli Air Force. "The IDF, in all its systems, maintains high readiness."
Zamir adds the military is "closely monitoring developments in the Persian Gulf" and is "prepared to respond with force against any attempt to harm Israel.”
👨✈️ AIR FORCE POSTURE AND LEADERSHIP CHANGE: Incoming Israeli Air Force chief Maj. Gen. Omer Tischler says the force is "closely monitoring" the situation in Iran.
"We are closely monitoring what is happening in Iran, and are prepared to take the entire Air Force eastward, if we are required to do so," he says at the ceremony.
Tischler replaces Maj. Gen. Tomer Bar, who served in the role for four years.
🚨 REGIONAL DEFENSE ENGAGEMENTS: The Emirati Defense Ministry says the country's air defense systems have engaged ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and drones launched from Iran.
🇺🇸 U.S. POSITIONING AND SIGNALING: President Trump: "The Iranian people have to have guns and I think they're getting some guns. As soon as they have guns, they'll fight like as good as anybody there is".

⚠️ IRAN STRAIT OF HORMUZ CONTROL MECHANISM: Iran has established a new mechanism for crossing the Strait of Hormuz. Eligible vessels will receive an email with instructions on how to transit and must comply with the framework.
Iran has named it the “Persian Gulf Strait Authority.”
“Repeated Warning: We warn all vessels intending to pass through the strait: The only safe route for crossing the Strait of Hormuz is the corridor previously announced by the Islamic Republic of Iran. Deviation of vessels to other routes will be considered unsafe and will face a decisive response from the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy.” — IRGC Navy.

🎖️ U.S. MILITARY READINESS AND INCIDENTS: General Dan Caine, Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, says paratroopers are ready for rapid deployment into combat if ordered.
"Paratroopers are constantly ready to jump from Air Force aircraft into ground combat and seize key terrain if ordered to do so, just like their predecessors did in Sicily and Normandy in World War II".
Caine adds: "Iran has attacked our forces 10 times since the declaration of the ceasefire".
