⚔️ GAZA STRIKE REPORTS: Gazan media reported one person killed in an Israeli strike in Gaza City’s Sabra neighborhood a short while ago. The military says it is looking into the report.
Earlier, Palestinian media claimed three people were killed in an Israeli strike near Khan Younis. The IDF denied carrying out any strikes in that area this morning.
🎯 JENIN TERROR CELL TARGETED: The IDF carried out a precise airstrike against “a number of terrorists” in the Jenin area. At least one person was killed in the unusual strike.
According to a security source, the main target was the leader of a Palestinian terror cell in the Jenin area, also described as the “head of a terrorist cell in Jenin.” Two other terror operatives, described as his accomplices, were inside a vehicle with him when the strike was carried out.
The security source said the IDF targeted the Jenin commander because he had been attempting to advance attacks. The IDF said further details would be provided later.
Between October 7, 2023, and early 2025, the IDF carried out more than 100 airstrikes in Judea and Samaria, mostly using drones and helicopters. Five were carried out by fighter jets. Since then, Israeli airstrikes in Judea and Samaria have been rare.
⚠️ IRAN: PAHLAVI PREDICTION AND DIRECT THREATS: Israeli Science and Technology Minister Gila Gamliel: "Reza Pahlavi will return to Iran in a big way and will be received with the royal pomp and ceremony he deserves. It will happen very soon, God willing".
Iranian Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, Mohsen Rezai: "The claim that there was a plot against Trump's son [Barron] is nothing but a major lie devised by Netanyahu to deceive and frighten the U.S. president. Netanyahu, by spreading false reports about an 'Iranian plot to assassinate Trump', has terrified him and disrupted his decision-making. If we make a decision, nothing will prevent us from carrying it out. But these reports are simply Netanyahu's nonsense".
Rezai added: "Iran will send Netanyahu to hell".
💥 SYRIA: SHELLING NEAR BEIT JINN, NOT CONFIRMED DAMASCUS AIRSTRIKE: Available reporting indicates that the overnight report of an Israeli “strike on the outskirts of Damascus” referred to artillery shelling near Beit Jinn in the western Damascus countryside, rather than a confirmed airstrike near the capital.
Syrian state news agency SANA reported that Israeli forces fired two shells at Tal Bat al-Warda near Beit Jinn. Both landed in agricultural land, with no casualties reported. There was no immediate official Israeli confirmation of the reported attack.
The incident comes amid continuing Israel-Syria friction following Israel’s recent strike on the Abu al-Duhur airbase. Israeli and Syrian officials also held U.S.-mediated talks in Jordan earlier this week aimed at easing tensions and reviving negotiations over a security arrangement.
