💥 IDF Expands Strikes Across Southern Lebanon: Over the past week, the IDF struck more than 440 Hezbollah targets in several areas of southern Lebanon in order to remove threats. More than 220 Hezbollah terrorists who operated to advance attacks against IDF soldiers were eliminated.
Throughout the day, the IDF targeted several Hezbollah infrastructure sites in the Tyre area. IDF soldiers, in cooperation with the Israeli Air Force, also struck weapons storage facilities containing mortar shells, anti-tank missiles, and a Hezbollah drone launch position.
Over the weekend, the IDF struck approximately 100 Hezbollah targets in several areas of southern Lebanon. Earlier today, the IDF struck observation posts, terror infrastructure, and a weapons storage facility from which Hezbollah terrorists advanced attacks against IDF soldiers and the State of Israel.
🎯 Hezbollah Launch Sites and Weapons Facilities Targeted: Yesterday, Hezbollah launched rockets toward IDF soldiers operating in southern Lebanon. The rockets fell in open areas, and no IDF injuries were reported.
Shortly afterward, the Israeli Air Force, guided by IDF soldiers, identified and struck two terrorists operating from a structure in the area from which the rockets had been launched. Secondary explosions were identified following the strike, indicating the presence of weapons inside the structure.
In a separate operation, IDF soldiers located a Hezbollah weapons storage facility in southern Lebanon. Among the weapons located were warheads, magazines, vests, helmets, weapon barrels, and tripods.
❌ Hostile Aircraft and Drone Infiltration Attempts Continue: Yesterday, the Israeli Air Force intercepted a number of hostile aircraft launched toward the area in which IDF soldiers are operating in southern Lebanon.
In several incidents over the past 24 hours, Hezbollah launched hostile aircraft, mortar shells, and explosive drones that fell near areas in which IDF soldiers are operating. No sirens were sounded in accordance with protocol.
An unsuccessful attempt to launch a surface-to-air missile toward an Israeli Air Force aircraft operating in southern Lebanon was also identified.
🚨 Northern Israel Air Defense Activity: Yesterday, sirens regarding hostile aircraft infiltrations were sounded in the areas of Misgav Am and Metula. Interceptors were launched toward several hostile aircraft launched from Lebanon toward Israeli territory.
One aircraft was intercepted during one incident, while two aircraft were intercepted in another. Several additional aircraft fell in open areas in accordance with protocol. Impacts were identified in the areas of Metula and Kiryat Shmona. No injuries were reported.
Today, sirens regarding hostile aircraft infiltrations were sounded in the areas of Majdal Shams, Meron, Misgav Am, Metula, Shlomi, and Hanita.
The incidents in Majdal Shams, Misgav Am, and several additional areas in northern Israel were later determined to be false identifications.
In the area of Meron, the IDF identified a suspicious aerial target. The incident concluded with no injuries reported.
In the area of Metula, the Israeli Air Force intercepted a suspicious aerial target that crossed from Lebanon into Israeli territory.
In the areas of Shlomi and Hanita, the Israeli Air Force successfully intercepted two hostile aircraft in the area in which IDF soldiers are operating in southern Lebanon. Missile and rocket alerts were activated due to concerns of falling debris from the interceptors.
