According to the IDF, intelligence analysis indicated Basal infiltrated the Zikim base during the October 7 massacre and had recently been involved in planning attacks against IDF forces. The military stated he posed an immediate threat and was eliminated in a precise strike.
🧨 Earlier this week, Israeli forces dismantled another Hamas weapons facility in central Gaza containing explosives, RPGs, hand grenades, and magazines intended for attacks near the Yellow Line and against Israeli civilians.
