⚔ SOUTHERN LEBANON OPERATIONS
IDF soldiers continue operating south of the: Forward Defense Line to remove threats to Israeli civilians.
Since the start of the operation, forces have dismantled five underground tunnels and thousands of terrorist infrastructure sites.
More than 250 terrorists were eliminated in close-quarters engagements and aerial strikes.
Forces also located hundreds of weapons, including drones, explosives, anti-tank missiles, and RPGs.
Footage released by the IDF includes a rocket launcher neutralized by a drone, dismantled terrorist infrastructure, underground tunnels, a Hezbollah underground headquarters, and bodycam footage from IDF soldiers.
The operations are being carried out by the 146th Division in southern Lebanon.
🛡️ AERIAL THREATS – NORTHERN FRONT: Following sirens in the Misgav Am area for a hostile aircraft infiltration, the Israeli Air Force intercepted multiple aerial targets before they crossed into Israeli territory.
The sirens were activated in accordance with protocol.
In a separate incident, an interceptor was launched toward a suspicious aerial target before it crossed into Israeli territory.
No sirens were sounded in that case, in accordance with protocol.
Earlier today, Hezbollah launched a hostile aircraft that fell near IDF soldiers operating in southern Lebanon.
No injuries were reported.
💥 GAZA STRIKES – NORTHERN SECTOR: IDF troops struck an armed Hamas terrorist cell in the northern Gaza Strip near the Yellow Line, close to where IDF soldiers were deployed.
The strike was carried out after the cell was identified as a threat.
In an additional incident yesterday, five terrorists approached the Yellow Line and IDF troops, posing an immediate threat.
The Israeli Air Force struck the terrorists following identification, eliminating all of the armed terrorists, with additional hits identified.
