He was linked to the October 7 infiltration, including the Nova music festival attack, and was assessed as posing an active threat to IDF forces.
🛫 IAF LEADERSHIP – INTERNAL COHESION AND WAR READINESS: Outgoing Israeli Air Force chief Tomer Bar stated that the force approached a critical point of internal strain during the judicial reform protests but maintained operational integrity by enforcing separation between political discourse and military activity.
He noted that personnel cohesion held during the war across multiple fronts and called for an independent investigative body into the October 7 events to ensure accountability and restore public trust.
