⚠️ HEZBOLLAH THREATENS RETALIATION: Hezbollah announced that it will retaliate for renewed retaliatory Israeli strikes in southern Lebanon, warning that its response will be proportionate to the latest attacks.
Lebanese outlet MTV reported unconfirmed information that Hezbollah units positioned along the front line are preparing to launch their first strikes inside Israel.
🎯 SECOND TARGETED STRIKE IN GAZA: The IDF said it targeted a terrorist operative in the central Gaza Strip, marking the second targeted strike today.
The target in Nuseirat was a Hamas operative. Gazan media reported that several people were injured in the strike. The IDF is expected to provide further details.
Earlier, a Palestinian Islamic Jihad company commander was targeted in Khan Younis.
❗️ BEN-GVIR CALLS FOR EXPANDED MILITARY ACTION: National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir called on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to take control of the entirety of Gaza, encourage Gazan emigration, destroy Hamas, and intensify military action against Hezbollah, including strikes on Beirut.
There are also concerns that Beirut’s southern suburbs, known as Dahiyeh, could potentially be targeted.
🔸 KUSHNER TO MEET HAMAS LEADERS IN CAIRO: Al Jazeera, citing Palestinian sources, reported that Jared Kushner is scheduled to meet Hamas leadership in Cairo alongside officials from Egypt, Qatar and Turkey.
According to the report, the diplomatic session is expected to take place shortly and will precede Kushner’s scheduled discussions with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
