Two explosive drones detonated near the troops, moderately and lightly injuring two soldiers. They were evacuated to a hospital for treatment, and their families have been notified.

An additional explosive drone fell inside Israeli territory near the Israel-Lebanon border. No injuries were reported. The incident constitutes another violation of the ceasefire understandings by Hezbollah.
❗️ SHTULA ALERTS AND INTERCEPTION RESPONSE: Following sirens in the Shtula area, an interceptor was launched toward a suspicious aerial target near IDF forces operating in southern Lebanon. The outcome of the interception is under review. Alerts were activated due to concerns over falling debris from the interceptor.
💥 IDF STRIKES HEZBOLLAH INFRASTRUCTURE: The IDF has begun striking Hezbollah terror infrastructure in multiple areas across Lebanon.
🎯 TARGETED STRIKES AND ELIMINATIONS
Yesterday, the Israeli Air Force, guided by IDF ground forces, struck several structures used by Hezbollah for military activity. The structures were targeted while Hezbollah terrorists were inside, advancing and carrying out attacks against IDF soldiers and the State of Israel. Several terrorists were eliminated.
💥 BROADER OPERATIONAL ACTIVITY OVER 24 HOURS: Over the past 24 hours, the IDF struck approximately 25 Hezbollah targets, including a weapons storage facility, military-use structures, and additional terror infrastructure.

❗️ CONTINUED HEZBOLLAH FIRE TOWARD IDF FORCES: In multiple incidents over recent hours, Hezbollah launched rockets, explosive drones, and mortar shells that fell adjacent to IDF soldiers. No additional injuries were reported.
🇺🇸 U.S. POSITION ON HEZBOLLAH AND REGIONAL CONTEXT: U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the core issue between Israel and Lebanon is not their governments, but Hezbollah, which he described as the main source of tension for both sides.
He emphasized that Washington is working to bring the Israeli and Lebanese governments into dialogue through mediation, with the goal of maintaining communication and advancing toward a ceasefire.
Rubio also linked Hezbollah, along with Hamas and the Houthis, to Iran, saying Tehran plays a central role in backing these groups across the region.
He described Hezbollah as an extension of Iran’s broader effort to destabilize the Middle East, adding that the U.S. will continue pushing for dialogue between the sides to support progress on de-escalation.
