🎯 YELLOW LINE INCIDENTS CONTINUE IN GAZA: Fire was identified early Friday toward IDF troops operating east of the Yellow Line in northern Gaza. No Israeli troops were injured, and the IDF struck in the area, calling the fire “a blatant violation of the ceasefire agreement.”
The military has also reported repeated incidents in which terrorists crossed the Yellow Line and approached troops in ways it said posed immediate threats. Recent incidents included one terrorist eliminated by an Israeli Air Force strike, two terrorists eliminated earlier Friday, another two eliminated in a separate incident, and one eliminated Thursday. Southern Command troops remain deployed under the agreement and will continue acting against immediate threats, according to the IDF.
🔥 OCTOBER 7 NUKHBA COMMANDER ELIMINATED: The IDF and Shin Bet said Muhammad Mahmoud Marshad Al-Qadi was eliminated Wednesday in Khan Yunis. The agencies identified him as a Hamas Nukhba company commander who infiltrated and commanded the infiltration of the Sufa outpost during the October 7 Massacre.
They said Al-Qadi later participated in holding hostages in Hamas captivity in Rafah and, more recently, trained Hamas terrorists, worked to rebuild the organization’s capabilities and advanced attacks against IDF troops and Israeli civilians in violation of the ceasefire.
🗂️ PMO PUBLISHES NETANYAHU’S OCTOBER 7 TIMELINE: The Prime Minister’s Office released Netanyahu’s timeline from the morning of October 7 in response to what it called recently published “inaccurate reports.” It says his military secretary first informed him of the Gaza attack at 06:29 and provided a second update at 06:44, when Netanyahu asked why prior intelligence had contained no indication, whether a large-scale reserve call-up was needed and whether Hamas’s senior leadership could be eliminated.
Netanyahu left for the Kirya at 07:30. The PMO places his arrival at approximately 08:00, while Shin Bet records say 08:22. Between roughly 08:30 and 09:30 he received intelligence and field updates; at 08:40, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant convened the IDF Chief of Staff and Shin Bet chief to formulate the situational picture. Netanyahu’s military secretary first received the Shin Bet chief’s 05:15 assessment document at 09:47.
At 09:55, Netanyahu convened Gallant, the IDF Chief of Staff, Mossad Director, Shin Bet chief, National Security Council head and IDF Operations Directorate chief. According to the PMO, he ordered the Gaza border hermetically sealed to prevent further infiltrations and hostages being taken into Gaza, rejected an IDF recommendation for a partial reserve call-up in favor of a full call-up, instructed that a war order be issued and ordered preparations for the northern front. A restricted consultation with Gallant and the IDF Chief of Staff followed.
