Among those targeted were Muhammad Abd al-Rahman Abbad, involved in an attempted suicide bombing in Jerusalem in 2002, and Ahed Faiz Ali al-Natsheh, a Hamas operative involved in planning a 2001 car bombing in Pisgat Ze’ev and the bombing at Jerusalem’s Clal Center, which wounded two police officers and ten civilians. The Defense Ministry said the sanctions followed recommendations from its counter-terror financing bureau and coordination with the Shin Bet and Israel Police, as part of a broader campaign against terrorist organizations, their funding sources and mechanisms used to provide payments to terrorists and their families.

According to the report, he was spirited away so quickly that his belongings were left behind after it was assessed that the Iranian cell was already “on the ground” in the Miami area.
🔸 ISRAEL RECONSIDERS PUBLIC HOSTILITY TOWARD U.S. ENVOY TOM BARRACK: Israel is reconsidering its public hostility toward U.S. envoy Tom Barrack after he called the Israeli strike on Syria’s Abu al-Duhur Air Base an “unnecessary escalation,” according to Al-Monitor.
A senior Israeli diplomatic source said Barrack may “not be perfect for us,” but noted that he is President Trump’s representative and has a longstanding relationship with him. According to the source, Israel does not expect Barrack to be replaced and should instead seek to turn the situation to its advantage. “Barrack should not be the problem, but the solution,” the source said. Al-Monitor reported that the shift may be linked to Netanyahu’s desire to secure President Trump’s support ahead of Israel’s October elections.
