The emerging framework between Hamas and the mediators would require the dismantling of police weapons, light and heavy arms, tunnels, stockpiles and weapons-production facilities.

Only the Palestinian Gaza Administration Committee would ultimately be permitted to possess or control weapons, under the principle of “one authority, one law and one weapon.” Hamas would also be required to end recruitment, force buildup and all military activity.

Weapons transfers could begin within weeks, with the arms removed from service and stored in depots guarded by multinational forces. The Peace Council said Hamas must also be removed entirely from governance, whether openly or behind the scenes.

Israel would not withdraw from the original yellow line until Hamas is disarmed and Gaza fully demilitarized. Targeted killings would reportedly cease in exchange for an end to Hamas’s military buildup, while Israel would retain the right to act against emerging threats or renewed force reconstruction.

An Israeli political source said Gaza was not discussed during Netanyahu’s meeting with Trump. Israel reportedly considers the proposed 15-point document insufficient and has communicated its reservations to envoy Tony Blair.

✈️ Netanyahu has returned to Israel following his visit to the United States.

His aircraft landed at Nevatim Airbase, from which it had departed for security reasons. The weekly government meeting scheduled for Sunday will not take place.

🕵️ An Israeli ambulance driver has been charged with conducting intelligence missions for Iran.

Amir Hisham Muhammad Titi, 34, from Bi’ina in the Galilee, allegedly received tens of thousands of shekels while exploiting his unrestricted hospital access to document preparedness during routine operations and emergencies.

According to the Israel Security Agency and Israel Police, he also photographed President Isaac Herzog during a visit to the Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya.

Additional assignments allegedly included documenting Hostages Square while holding photographs of hostages, a demonstration at Haifa’s Horev Center and the community of Amikam, where former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant resides.

Payments were reportedly transferred through relatives’ bank accounts and a digital wallet. Authorities said the Iranian recruiter used the alias “Itamar Ben Gvir” and posed as someone assisting Israelis with firearm license applications.

🛡️ The IDF has destroyed most of a major Hezbollah tunnel network beneath the Beaufort Ridge.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Israel Katz said approximately 700 tons of explosives were used during a limited operation inside the Security Zone in southern Lebanon.

The demolition had previously been postponed because of the ceasefire but was conducted following Hezbollah’s explosive-drone attack on an unmanned IDF bulldozer.

The multilevel network was constructed over approximately two decades and served as a strategic stronghold and command center for Hezbollah’s Bader Unit. The Iranian-funded infrastructure was used to manage combat and direct fire against IDF forces and Israeli civilians.

Located approximately six kilometers from Metula and the Galilee Panhandle, the system supported launches of UAVs, explosive devices and anti-tank missiles during the war.

The IDF had already destroyed another section on July 13. Following the latest demolition, most of the underground system beneath the ridge has been eliminated.

Residents in several northern areas were warned in advance of the explosions. Metula and Misgav Am residents were instructed to open windows to reduce the danger of shattered glass, although authorities said there was no change in the broader security assessment.

🧭 IDF activity continues around additional Hezbollah infrastructure.

Troops remain deployed in the Beaufort Ridge and Ali Taher Ridge areas and are maintaining readiness for defensive and offensive scenarios.

The U.S. military struck dozens of targets across Iran overnight. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said three of its members were killed in a missile strike in northern Iran’s Zanjan Province, while an IRGC air-defense base and Revolutionary Guard command center were targeted in Ahvaz.

The IRGC separately claimed, without confirmation, that an attack on Jordan’s Al-Azraq Air Base destroyed three U.S. F-35 aircraft. CENTCOM rejected the claim, saying no American aircraft were damaged and that the missiles and drones were intercepted or failed to reach their targets.

According to Channel 13, Israel assesses that President Donald Trump is likely to expand U.S. operations unless circumstances change significantly. Fox News reported that broader military options were presented to Trump, while NBC News reported that he expressed intense frustration during a security meeting over the available proposals and the absence of progress toward an agreement.

A senior Israeli political official said the decision remains in Trump’s hands and that options range from an agreement to a major strike. The official added that Iran understands Israel would respond forcefully to any attack, assessed that Mojtaba Khamenei remains alive and said Iran possesses approximately 1,500 ballistic missiles.

⚓ The maritime campaign against Iran is extending across regional waterways.

A U.S. Navy P-8 Poseidon reconnaissance aircraft was observed approaching a KC-135 Stratotanker for refueling while conducting regional patrols. The aircraft is among the assets monitoring waters covered by the U.S. blockade.

As of July 30, CENTCOM forces had redirected 24 commercial vessels, disabled two and boarded two to enforce compliance.

🚢 Saudi Arabia has announced a multinational Red Sea coalition focused on the Houthi threat.

The Saudi Defense Ministry said representatives from 43 countries participated in a meeting in Riyadh and that 14 countries had confirmed their participation, with others completing national approval procedures.

Confirmed participants identified in the announcement included Bahrain, Djibouti, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Maldives, Pakistan, Qatar, Somalia, Sudan, Turkey and Yemen’s internationally recognized Presidential Leadership Council government.

Yemeni sources cited by The Guardian believe Saudi Arabia may be preparing a major operation against the Houthis by sea and possibly by land in central Yemen, aimed at restoring the movement of Saudi oil exports through the southern Red Sea.

Egyptian authorities, meanwhile, said preliminary findings indicate that a drone caused fires aboard two ships at Damietta Port on Wednesday. No organization claimed responsibility. The reported assessment was that the incident sought to demonstrate Iran’s ability to disrupt American fuel supplies in the region.

🪖 ZAMIR SAYS THE IDF WILL REMAIN IN LEBANON AND EXPAND ITS FORCES: IDF Chief of Staff LTG Eyal Zamir said the Security Zone would remain in place until long-term security for northern communities is ensured. He said the military would deepen its operations if required.

Zamir noted that the IDF is simultaneously operating in Lebanon, Syria, Gaza, Judea and Samaria and other arenas. He said a larger force is needed to give regular brigades time for recovery and training while reducing the prolonged burden on reservists.

Addressing the Hasmonean Brigade’s Jonathan Battalion, Zamir said a central lesson of the October 7 massacre was the need to establish additional battalions and brigades.

He described ultra-Orthodox integration as vital to national security and said service arrangements must allow soldiers to preserve their faith and way of life. He called for the Jonathan Battalion model to be expanded and the Hasmonean Brigade developed into a full combat brigade.

🎯 PIJ COMMANDER INVOLVED IN OCTOBER 7 ABDUCTIONS ELIMINATED: The IDF eliminated Muhammad Khalil Muhammad Aslam, a Nukhba platoon commander in Palestinian Islamic Jihad, in a precise strike in Khan Yunis.

Aslam commanded a terrorist cell that participated in the abduction of Israeli civilians during the October 7 massacre. The IDF said he had recently advanced attacks against Israeli troops and civilians and posed an immediate threat.

🕳️ IDF DISMANTLES HAMAS TUNNELS AND WEAPON STORAGE SITES: The 188th Brigade and Yahalom dismantled more than 10 underground routes in southern Gaza, including one previously used to hold hostages.

Troops found rocket launchers, rockets, grenades, explosive devices and rifles. They also established new defensive routes and positions after eight months of operations to clear above-ground and underground infrastructure near the Yellow Line.

The IDF said Hamas continues violating the ceasefire while attempting to rebuild its military capabilities.

🚔 COUNTERTERRORISM OPERATIONS CONTINUE IN JUDEA AND SAMARIA: The IDF, Israel Security Agency and Border Police searched more than 170 structures during a wide-scale operation in Beit Ummar. Forces apprehended wanted individuals and located weapons.

The suspects had been involved in gunfire connected to a conflict between local families. Authorities were concerned that the violence could expand and be directed toward surrounding Israeli communities.

In al-Baytat, a terrorist accelerated a vehicle toward IDF troops and ignored repeated instructions to stop. The troops carried out a suspect-arrest procedure and neutralized him. No Israeli casualties were reported.

🏙️ NETANYAHU CONFIRMS SEPTEMBER VISIT TO NEW YORK: The prime minister said he plans to address the United Nations General Assembly despite Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s threat to act on the International Criminal Court warrant against him.

🛡️ IRANIAN THREATS PROMPT SECURITY WARNINGS IN ISRAEL: Defense Minister Israel Katz said the Israel Security Agency is protecting Netanyahu and Israel’s political and military leadership from a serious Iranian threat.

A joint MALMAB and Israel Security Agency investigation found that the defendant communicated with a person who identified himself as an Iranian intelligence operative. He was later asked to recruit another soldier who could establish contact with the same network.

Security agencies warned that enemy intelligence and terrorist organizations continue attempting to recruit Israelis through social media and other channels. They urged the public to report suspicious approaches and warned that initial communication with enemy operatives may itself constitute a criminal offense.

🇸🇾 ISRAEL WARNS TURKEY AND CONFRONTS REPEATED BORDER CROSSINGS: Energy Minister Eli Cohen said Israel would not accept Turkish military entrenchment in Syria. He warned that if Turkey establishes bases there, Israel would act to establish bases of its own.

Two activists associated with the Bashan Pioneers crossed illegally from the Mount Hermon area into Syria. IDF troops returned them to Israel and transferred them to police custody.

The incident followed a similar crossing by three Israelis the previous day. The IDF said repeated attempts disrupt operations, endanger soldiers and constitute criminal offenses. It called for prosecutions and measures to prevent further crossings.

🧱 IDF DISMANTLES HEZBOLLAH INFRASTRUCTURE INSIDE THE SECURITY ZONE: The 401st Brigade and Yahalom Unit destroyed an approximately 55-meter underground headquarters beneath a construction-materials factory in Haddatha. The tunnel contained three living quarters and was located roughly 300 meters from a UNIFIL building. A connected shaft held dozens of weapons.

Reserve troops from the 55th Brigade also found weapons hidden inside civilian infrastructure in Majdal Zoun, including rifles, ammunition, grenades, explosives, anti-tank missiles and mortar shells. Structures previously used by Hezbollah were dismantled.

Additional weapons located across the Security Zone included RPGs, explosive devices and military equipment.

In Ras Bayada, troops fired warning shots at a suspect who approached in a threatening manner. When he continued advancing and ignored instructions to stop, they opened fire to remove the threat.

An Israeli interceptor was mistakenly launched toward IDF artillery fire directed at Lebanon. The incident is under review. A separate alert in Nahal Oz was later attributed to a false identification.

💥 U.S. AND SAUDI FORCES STRIKE IRAN-BACKED FACTIONS IN IRAQ: The joint operation followed the Iranian attack on U.S. forces in Jordan and an attack on Saudi energy infrastructure. Aircraft struck logistics, weapons, missile and drone facilities across eastern Iraq and several additional provinces.

Saudi Defense Minister Khalid bin Salman subsequently met Vice President JD Vance in Washington. Riyadh reportedly expects Iran to continue operating through Iraqi factions and the Houthis.

More than 20 U.S. Navy warships are supporting regional missions and enforcement of the American blockade against Iran. As of July 28, CENTCOM had redirected 18 commercial vessels, disabled two and boarded two.

⚓ IRAN LINKS HORMUZ ACCESS TO FROZEN ASSETS: Oman has received Gulf backing for a plan allowing Tehran to collect voluntary fees from ships using the Strait of Hormuz, according to Reuters.

Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters warned that the IRGC would prevent ships from passing through the strait if their companies or countries accepted compensation taken from frozen Iranian assets.

CENTCOM rejected the threat, stating that Hormuz is an international waterway and that the IRGC has no authority to dictate commercial routes. It said shipping continues with U.S. military support.

Energy Minister Eli Cohen said Israel and Gulf states are advancing the IMEC land corridor, which he said would eventually reduce Iran’s ability to use Hormuz as strategic leverage.

🛳️ MARITIME PRESSURE EXTENDS TO THE RED SEA AND EGYPT: Reuters reported that the Houthis were considering fees for ships passing through the Bab-el-Mandeb Strait. The group denied the report.

Saudi Arabia is expected to announce a coalition involving assistance from approximately 50 countries to counter the Houthis in the Red Sea. The United States has not committed troops, according to Al-Monitor.

Maritime security firm Ambrey reported separate suspected drone attacks against a U.S.-operated LNG storage facility and a Greek LNG carrier near Damietta, Egypt. Egyptian officials denied that a drone attack occurred and attributed the incident to an engine-room fire aboard a decommissioned vessel.

A U.S. KC-135R tanker operated for approximately three hours near the Sinai Peninsula and Gaza before returning to Israel. The flight pattern was considered unusual for the aircraft.

🤝 WASHINGTON AND JERUSALEM ALIGN ON IRAN: President Donald Trump and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu agreed during their White House meeting that Iran must not obtain a nuclear weapon, while acknowledging possible differences over timing and methods. Sources said Washington believes Israel is moving faster than the United States would prefer.

An Israeli source described the talks as a “major moment of coordination” and rejected reports that Netanyahu presented new intelligence concerning activity at Iran’s underground Pickaxe Mountain site. Washington was already familiar with the intelligence and operational picture, and Netanyahu had no new material to present.

Trump said the United States was closely monitoring the site and would strike it if negotiations failed. “We took out their nuclear sites, and we'll have to take out Pickaxe if we don't make a deal,” he said.

Israeli sources said Trump did not pressure Israel or demand a withdrawal from any front. Netanyahu’s broader support for “the freedom of the Iranian people from this regime” was already known, but the meeting focused on the nuclear issue.

Netanyahu said: “It was one of the best conversations I've had with the President of the United States.”

The meeting did not include a private one-on-one session despite one originally being planned. Netanyahu was also in Washington to attend the memorial service for the late Sen. Lindsey Graham. Israel separately intercepted a drone that it said had been launched by an Iran-backed militia.

🚀 IRAN TARGETS U.S. FORCES IN JORDAN: CENTCOM said IRGC forces launched multiple ballistic missiles in an attempted surprise attack on U.S. personnel stationed at Muwaffaq Salti Air Base. All of the missiles were intercepted, although debris reportedly fell in the surrounding area.

Trump said U.S. forces had only minutes to respond and pledged a direct retaliation. “We will hit Iran hard tonight,” he said. “They nevertheless took a shot, so it's our turn.”

✈️ U.S. FORCE MOVEMENTS SIGNAL BROADER PREPARATIONS: U.S. Air Force aerial refueling aircraft departed Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia, while additional tankers operated over the Gulf of Oman and departed from Tel Aviv.

🕳️ IDF troops dismantled another section of Hamas’ underground network in northern Gaza. Northern Gaza Brigade and Yahalom Unit forces operating under the 99th Division destroyed a tunnel route extending hundreds of meters east of the Yellow Line.

The operation formed part of continued efforts to clear the area of terrorist infrastructure. The IDF released footage from inside the tunnel and of its dismantling.

🎯 Three senior Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad operatives were eliminated in Gaza. The IDF killed Amro Abu Alrish, a Nukhba terrorist in Islamic Jihad’s military wing, in a precise strike in southern Gaza.

Abu Alrish had participated in the transfer and release of an unidentified Israeli civilian from Islamic Jihad captivity. He also fought IDF troops, participated in attacks, trained Nukhba terrorists and worked to rebuild the organization’s capabilities.

A separate strike in northern Gaza eliminated Abd Al-Nasser Al-Aziz Maqadmeh, a Hamas police commander and deputy platoon commander in the group’s military wing. He had recently advanced attacks against IDF troops and Israeli civilians.

The IDF and Shin Bet also eliminated Wael Musa Khaled Ladawi in the Deir al-Balah area. Ladawi headed Hamas’ Internal Security apparatus in central Gaza, which gathered intelligence for senior officials, supported decision-making and facilitated the planning and execution of attacks against Israel.

✈️ Two separate drone incidents were resolved without an identified threat inside Israel. The IDF intercepted two UAVs near the Dead Sea along the Jordanian border before they entered Israeli territory. No sirens were activated under protocol, and their origin remains under investigation.

A drone found near Kibbutz Nahal Oz was subsequently identified as an IDF aircraft. There is no suspicion of a security incident, although the circumstances remain under review.

🚔 Four terrorists were apprehended following an attack and weapon theft near Susya. The suspects were involved in assaulting an off-duty IDF soldier and stealing his weapon on Saturday.

Security forces recovered the weapon and detained two suspects during searches. Duvdevan troops apprehended a third near Yatta overnight, while a fourth later surrendered to Civil Administration personnel.

All four were transferred for further investigation.

Zini acknowledged that security forces had failed to prevent this attack despite foiling dozens of attempted attacks in recent months. He said the Shin Bet and IDF would pursue everyone involved or planning further attacks and called on the public not to take the law into its own hands.

🏠 ATTACKERS’ HOMES TARGETED FOR DEMOLITION: IDF and Shin Bet forces operated in Tel, where the terrorists involved in Friday’s attack had lived. The shooting killed Maj. Yuval Ezra, 27, and Master Sgt. (res.) Benayahu Melt, 32.

The shooter was eliminated immediately after the attack. His home was mapped and later sealed after Central Command Commander Maj. Gen. Avi Bluth signed the relevant order, with the demolition process continuing.

The home of the terrorist who seized the weapon was also mapped. He was wounded during the attack and later arrested by Duvdevan soldiers at a hospital in Shechem. Netanyahu said two accomplices hiding at the hospital were apprehended.

Temporary sealing can precede or replace demolition. The process is subject to security recommendations, required approvals and possible High Court appeals.

🎯 More than 70 wanted suspects apprehended: The IDF, Israel Security Agency and Israel Border Police apprehended more than 70 wanted suspects during extensive operations across Judea and Samaria.

In the Tel area, forces completed a brigade-level operation centered on the home area of the terrorist responsible for Friday’s shooting attack. Eleven wanted suspects were apprehended and approximately 80 others were questioned.

Forces searched more than 300 locations in the Menashe Regional Brigade and apprehended Hamas-affiliated terrorists and suspects accused of advancing explosive-device attacks.

Fifteen wanted suspects were apprehended in the Ephraim Regional Brigade, including Hamas affiliates, individuals accused of terrorist incitement and suspects involved in advancing attacks. Forces operating near Tulkarm also apprehended a terrorist allegedly intending to carry out an attack and another wanted Hamas affiliate.

Sixteen suspects were apprehended in the Etzion and Judea Regional Brigades, including Hamas affiliates, weapons traffickers and individuals accused of incitement. Hunting weapons were located and confiscated.

🚧 Stolen weapon recovered after confrontation near Susya: The IDF clarified that an incident initially reported as a shooting near Susya was not a shooting attack.

A violent confrontation developed between Israeli civilians and Palestinians near a farm, with rocks thrown by both sides. According to an initial IDF inquiry, terrorists attacked an off-duty soldier and stole his weapon.

Shots were later fired into the air, but no one was injured by the gunfire. IDF soldiers recovered the weapon shortly afterward, established roadblocks and continued searching for the terrorist.

The targets included two military command centers, three drone and missile storage sites, eight communications networks, three coastal-surveillance systems, one radar and 34 maritime assets. CENTCOM described the operation as one of the largest since the war resumed.

Since restoring the naval blockade nine days earlier, U.S. forces have redirected 12 commercial vessels and disabled one to prevent ships from entering or leaving Iranian ports and coastal areas.

🌍 Iranian warnings prompted additional international security measures. The IRGC advised civilians to remain at least 500 meters from locations hosting U.S. military personnel, whether openly or covertly stationed. Germany urged its citizens to leave Iran.

The United Kingdom said its armed forces were prepared to defend the country after Iran threatened consequences if British bases were made available to the United States. Iran specifically referenced RAF Fairford, from which a B1 bomber reportedly launched an attack against Iran this week.

🎯 The IDF and Shin Bet destroyed Hamas weapons and underground infrastructure in Gaza. Overnight strikes targeted storage facilities, a weapons-production site and underground infrastructure in several areas of the Strip.

The sites contained Kalashnikov rifles, RPGs, mortar shells, explosive devices and additional combat equipment intended for attacks against IDF troops near the Yellow Line and Israeli civilians. Secondary explosions confirmed that weapons had been stored at the targeted locations.

🕯️ Two soldiers were killed in a terrorist attack near Tell in Samaria. Maj. Yuval Ezra, 27, a battery commander in the 411th Battalion of the 282nd Artillery Regiment, and Master Sgt. (res.) Benayahu Mellet, 32, a Jerusalem Brigade commander serving as a regional defense soldier, were recognized as fallen soldiers.

The incident began after Israelis conducted an unauthorized hike in the area. A terrorist seized an assault rifle from a civilian security officer and opened fire, killing Ezra during the clash. Four terrorists, including the shooter, were eliminated, and the weapon was recovered by IDF forces.

Duvdevan commandos, acting with Shin Bet guidance, subsequently raided a hospital in Shechem and apprehended two wounded terrorists who had participated in the attack. They were transferred to the Shin Bet for questioning, while security forces continued pursuing additional suspects whose identities were known.

Shin Bet chief David Zini acknowledged that the agency had failed to thwart the attack in advance despite preventing dozens of attacks in recent months. He urged the public not to take the law into its own hands and to rely on the IDF and Shin Bet.

Central Command chief Maj. Gen. Avi Bluth announced a broad counterterrorism operation across the sector, with additional forces deployed to arrest the remaining terrorists and prepare for possible copycat attacks. The operation follows several days of violence, including approximately 30 homes burned, an arson attack in Beit Furik and multiple stabbing incidents.

🛰️ The United States is weighing a larger operation against Iran as Israel prepares for possible retaliation. President Trump said he was close to deciding whether to launch what he described as a “massive attack” exceeding previous operations.

Trump said Israel would join quickly if asked, although the United States did not require Israeli participation. He also warned that Israeli involvement could bring Iranian retaliation. Israel has told Washington that it favors a different type of operation intended to inflict significant damage on Iranian infrastructure.

Western intelligence agencies assess that Iran may act first against Israel. An Israeli security source said Iranian missile batteries were ready for immediate launch, while Israeli officials said the countries were moving toward a wider confrontation.

Defense Minister Israel Katz said Israel was prepared for every possibility and warned that Iran would suffer a “crushing blow” if it attacked. Magen David Adom and ZAKA personnel were placed on high alert, while several hospitals were instructed to prepare protected underground facilities.
